Subscribe button not opening checkout?

Your browser may be blocking the payment window. Allow pop-ups for Google Docs, then click Subscribe again.

Chrome

1. In your Google Docs tab, click the Pop-up blocked icon in the address bar.
2. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from this site, then Done.
3. Click Subscribe again in the add-on.

No blocked-pop-up icon? Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects. Add https://docs.google.com under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, then retry.

Edge

1. Open Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Site permissions → All permissions.
2. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
3. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add site and enter https://docs.google.com.
4. Return to Google Docs and click Subscribe again.

Still not opening?

Make sure you’re using the Google account you want to subscribe with.
